Job duties:
Draft every Sales incentive in the Planning round
Synthesize and compile annual Tactical budget of VGIC
Manage and control the Tactical budget of VGIC
Process Tactical reporting for the whole business of VGIC
Provide analytical business operation information to top management for decision making
Monthly & yearly account closing in cooperation with Accounting
Manage and control dealer sales incentive implementation and refund program
Implement financial management and support to dealer network development and management

1. Tactical Budget control Manage and control the tactical budget of VGIC based on updated business plan, Process monthly budget usage reporting to Sales and top management of VGIC 2. Budget management process Optimization Optimization for Budget spending process based on business strategy and objectives Manage dealer sales incentive expending reporting by program and model draft analysis for sales incentive expending 3. Tactical Budget planning (short term and middle term) Supporting Sales to do long term tactical planning based on VGIC long term strategy and objective, Supporting Sales to do annual Tactical plan, synthesize and compile the annual Tactical budget of VGIC for Promotion, Draft monthly Tactical forecast based on actual business operation status 4. Tacical reporting and analyzing Tracking monthly / yearly Sales incentive execution status and evaluate the financial impact for the company Make business analysis based on the financial profit status, sales performance, business operation status, and prepare the report for VGIC top management for decision making 5. Monthly & Yearly provision in coordination with Accounting Tracking the monthly Sales incentive execution status, Provide accounting the supporting document for account payable accrual. Based on the total year payment status and actual incentive project implementation status, provide accounting the supporting document for account payable accrual. Prepare detail supporting documents of Tactical spending for Audit check
