Job duties:
This position ensures that the Fleet sales & marketing plan and programs are properly implemented to reach the fleet sales target, extend fleet customer group and improve customer satisfaction.

1. Collect the relevant information and analyze the fleet sales market situation including competition environment and customer demands, and support Fleet Sales Mgt. to improve fleet sales policy

2. Support the dealers to develop fleet business in line with company fleet business policies

3. Support Fleet Sales Mgt. to achieve overall fleet sales target together with SBU.

4. Support Fleet Sales Mgt. to develop fleet key account customers

5. Support Fleet Sales Mgt. to improve fleet customer’s satisfaction and maintain long term fleet customer relationship.

6. Support Fleet Sales Mgt. to establish database of dealer fleet customers

Main competencies • Necessary education: - Bachelor Degree is necessary, overseas study experience and MBA would be a plus • Working experience (in years): - Minimum 4 years working experience in dealer management, regional sales management or direct fleet sales to fleet customer especially to Multinational Company, State Owned Enterprise and Rental/Leasing Company - Fluent English is must and proficient German would be a plus
